I’m new to Sea Moss, what should I order?
We recommend starting with the Gold Sea Moss gels and/or capsules as it’s a great all rounder and the gel is pretty much tasteless. Once you’ve become accustomed, you can then move onto our other ranges which contain additional herbs and are more targeted to specific ailments and needs
Is Sea Moss safe for children and myself if I am pregnant and/or nursing?
Yes! But only our Gold Sea Moss range. It contains essential minerals that your child and unborn baby needs - as well as giving them a natural boost of energy and help in strengthening their immune system. The other ranges contain additional herbs and blends which are not suitable
When will I receive my order?
We aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days
All of our gels are made fresh to order, so as soon as your order has been prepared and is ready, it’ll be dispatched. We ship with DHL next day and you’ll receive an email with full tracking information.
How do I know that your Sea Moss is authentic and isn’t pool grown?
Our Sea Moss comes directly from the oceans in St. Lucia and we would never sell pool grown Sea Moss, as we are all about promoting health! We can provide a certificate from the St. Lucian government to confirm this should you require, so please send us an email to hello@seamoss.co.uk
How much Sea Moss should I take?
We advise taking 1-2tbsp a day of the gel and up to 3 capsules per day, preferably on an empty stomach
How long will a jar last?
We create our gels fresh to order, so when your jar arrives, providing you keep it refrigerated, it should last up to 6 weeks. However, if you use 1-2tbsp a day, then we’d expect for the jar to last you around 2 weeks
Why does my gel have a strange smell?
After a week or so, the gels can give off an earthy/sea smell, this is completely normal and they’re still perfectly safe to use. This is the result of the herbs which have been blended into the gel and gravity pulling the heavier particles to the bottom of the jar
How much is shipping?
Shipping purely depends on your location, so once you’ve added the items to your basket and proceed to check out the shipping costs will be calculated
